摘要
压铸模的工作温度较高,在工作温度时结构的热变形会使侧向抽芯结构和导向机构产生卡滞现象。本文介绍了一种对滑道和导向机构改进的方法,可消除热变形对压铸模结构的影响,提高压铸模的使用寿命。
Because of the thermal deformation at high working temperture,the side losse core and derecting mechanisms of die-casting mould will be blocked during working. Base on this,the paper introduces a way to improve the instrcture of slideway and derecting mechanism to eliminate the effects of thermal deformation and to length the servuce life of the die-casting mould.
