催化燃烧炉近零污染排放和高辐射效率利用的研究 被引量:7

摘要 在催化燃烧炉中,对贫天然气/空气混合物在镀贵金属(铂)蜂窝状支撑物横端面上燃烧进行研究。燃气与空气之间的比例关系对系统的辐射效率有相当大的影响,随着天然气与空气比的增大,燃烧系统的辐射效率降低。对于所测天然气,此催化燃烧过程可达到近零污染排放。 In a catalytic cornbuustion burner, the characteristics of the combustion of lean natural gas/air mixtures in some precious metals (Pt) based honeycomb monolith were investigated. The percentage of fuel in natural gas and air mixtures has large influence on the radiation efficiency. The conclusion was that the radiation efficiency of catalytic combustion system decreases with the increases of the percentage of natural gas. For the natural gas concentrations found, only a catalytic combustion process can achieve 'near zero' pollutant emissions.
