采用西门子SIMATIC S7-300 PLC可编程控制器应用在焦炉监控系统中,替换原有的监控系统,提高了焦炉的自动化水平和劳动生产率。介绍了焦炉的监控流程,系统结构、功能,系统稳定可靠性设计及监控软件。
The programmable controller of the SIEMENS SIMATIC $7-300 is applied in the production control of the coke oven instead of old control system, the automation level of the coke oven and the productivity are heightened. The control system of the coke oven and the system class, funtion, stability ,dependability have been described.
