以日本东芝公司的线阵ＣＣＤ器件ＴＣＤ１０２Ｄ为例，详细介绍了一种简单、可靠、灵活的ＣＣＤ时序信号发生器的设计方法．
In this paper,a design method of a simple,relable,flexible CCD timing generator is presented, and sampled with linear-array CCD device TCD102D produced by TOSHIBA,JAPAN.
