摘要
新方法与其它定位方法进行了比较；对其采用的原理及公式作了说明；就此对该方法进行了详细论述。最后指出该定位方法的近期和远期应用前景。
In this papers,the fundamental theory of this system is generally compared with otherpositioning systems; the main components and the operation method of this system are discribed. Finally the short-term applied plan and long-term considerations on this system areproposed.
