摘要
本文采用矩形气浮导轨在工程实践中的一些比例关系,用有限元法对高压区压力进行了分析,得出了在保持小孔节流的前提下高压区压力系数基本为一常数的结论,从而为推导这种常见结构形式的气浮导轨的工程计算方法提供了前提。
In this paper, using common proportion relationship in practice engineering, highpressure areas pressure is analyzed with Finite Element Methed. A conclusion that the highpressure areas coefficient within the orifice restricting is a constant is reached, thus make theway smooth for calculating the common structure form aerostatic slideways.
