摘要
目的探讨颈椎Bryan人工间盘置换手术的临床使用要点和早期治疗效果。方法5例颈椎病患者(5个节段)行颈前路间隙减压,Bryan颈椎间盘假体置换术。结果5例患者经1～6个月(平均3.5个月)随访,术前JOA评分由平均8.5分升至术后平均14.2分,5例患者至随访时影像学均未见假体移位、下沉,生理弧度良好,未见神经系统症状加重,均未见明显颈部僵硬和活动受限表现。结论5例人工间盘置换手术均取得了满意的近期疗效。
Objective To study the experience of Bryan cervical disc replacement about key points of operation and the early outcome. Methods 5 patients （5 levels） with CSM were treated by anterior decompression and replaced by the Bryan cervical disc prosthesis. Results All cases were followed up 1-6months, average 3.5 months. JOA score increased from average 8.5 to 14.2. There were no prosthesis, curve was good. Replaced Segment achieved stability and restored partial of normal ROM. Conclusion It is a good early outcome for 5 cases artificial disc replacement.
