摘要
用高脂饲料喂饲大鼠10周,复制成高脂血症模型,而后进行4周的绞股蓝灌胃干预和/或有氧运动训练。结果发现,绞股蓝总皂甙和/或有氧运动训练使高脂大鼠胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯明显下降,高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)明显升高,低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)明显降低。提示绞股蓝总皂甙有降低血脂、改善血脂成分的作用,其作用和有氧运动训练有协同效果。
The rats were raised with high fat diet for ten weeks, and the model of hypenglycemia was then established. After that, the rats were treated with 4 weeks stomach pouring intervene and/or aerobic exercises. The results showed that Gynostemmapentaphyllum and/or exercise could decrease the serum cholesterol and triglyceride remarkably. The cholesterol of high-density lipoprotein elevated and the cholesterol of low-density lipoprotein declined. It puts foward that the Gynostemmapentaphyllum can decrease lipid in serum and improve their componential.
