摘要
通过对辽宁省13市408个群众体育活动点的调查,对其发展、规模、经费、内容、管理等各方面进行分析。调查结果表明辽宁省群众体育活动的发展状况良好,参与人数、普及规模有了较大的发展;组织方式、活动内容更加丰富多彩,显现出多元化发展的趋势。但经费不足、活动场地条件差和缺乏专业指导,仍是群众健身活动发展过程中的主要困难。提示我们对政府和各类社会组织在群众体育活动中应该发挥什么作用展开认真的思考。
The survey of the development, scale, funds, contents and management of 408 mass sports activity sites in 13 cities in Liaoning Province shows that mass sports activities are well developed with increasing participants, popularity, scales as well as a variety of organizing modes and contents. Along with a multi developing tendency arise the inevitable big problems of inadequate funds, poor conditions of the sites and the lack of professional guidance, which indicates an urgent need to take into consideration what role the government and all kinds of social organizations should play in the development of mass sports activities.
