摘要
文章对当前活跃于我国城乡经济生活中的民间金融进行深入剖析。第一,对民间金融的概念、特点进行分析;第二,对民间金融存在的必然性,以及对区域经济发展的积极作用和负面影响进行探讨;第三,提出对民间金融的政策取向。
This text gives an thorough analysis of the present folk fmance which is active in the economic lives of our urban and rural areas. First, analyse the concept, characteristic of the folk finance; Second, discuss the certounty of the folk finance and its part in rigional economic development both positive and negative effect; third, propose the policy orientation to the folk finance.
