摘要 目的对基于网络的最小化随机化分组系统的分组结果设盲。方法根据临床试验设计的设盲原则,使用VISUAL BASIC脚本编写的(active server pages,ASP)和数据库查询语言(structured querylanguage,SQL)实现对药物编号和治疗组之间的二次随机化,达到药物编号和实际治疗组之间的设盲。结果基于网络的最小化随机分组系统的分组结果被成功设盲,系统用户可以通过因特网使用浏览器得到与当前病人对应的药物编号。结论基于网络的最小化随机化分组系统的可以在双盲的随机化多中心临床试验中广泛应用。 Objective To apply blind for the results of a minimization random allocation system on Internet. Methods Based on the blind setting principal in clinical trials, active server pages (ASP) and structured query language (SQL) were employed for programming to fulfill the two times randomization between drug numbers and treatment group. Results The minimization random allocation system's results could be masked successfully and users could get masked drug number for each patient through web browser. Conclusions The blind setting methods could improve the utilization of minimization random allocation system in double-blind clinical trials.
