摘要 目的在现有树■和雏鸭动物模型的基础上,对有关试验内容和方法加以改进,为研发抗乙肝病毒(HBV)新药提供比较理想的试验模型。方法采用乙肝病毒(HBV)分别感染树■和雏鸭造成肝细胞炎症,以血液生化、肝功能、血液及肝脏HBV-DNA水平、肝组织学的病理改变为观察指标,综合判断造模的程度。结果乙肝病毒(HBV)感染的树■和雏鸭动物模型,其检测指标灵敏,肝组织学改变明显。结论改进后的乙肝实验动物模型稳定,重复性好,适用于防治乙肝药物的应用研究。 Aim To explore and set up two kinds of experimental models of hepatitis B in order to provide varies methods for application study on drugs of prevention and cure hepatitis B. Methods According to the disorder of hepatitis B and character of hepatitis B infection, The elementary study markers were the changes of blood biochemistry, liver function, HBV - DNA of blood and liver, and liver histology. The model of hepatitis was infected by HBV. Results two models were set up. They are animal models of HBV infected models in vivo. The changes of blood biochemistry, liver function and liver histology are markers. Conclution The experimental models of hepatitis B which had been improved were steady and had good repeated nature. It can be used in the study of the drug for prevention and cure the hepatitis B.
