摘要
将多目标决策的效用函数法运用于工程建设用地综合评价数学模型中,能够有机地将专家的"定量"和"定性"知识结合起来,得出较为切合实际的结果,利用“层次分析法”将工程建设用地综合评价牵涉的众多影响因素,划分为不同层次并根据专家经验将其“定量”化,评价结果可根据目标值直观地得出,最后用案例验证该数学模型的适用性和可靠性。
this article recommends how to use utility function process of multi-targets decision in comprehensive evaluation of construction site. It combines the quantity with the qualitative knowledges of the experts and gets a realizable result. Using analytical heierarchy process, many factors related to comprehensive evaluation are divided into different. levels and quantitized according to the experience of the experts, the evaluating result, can be achieved directly from the values of the targets. Finally, this mathematical model's applicability and reliability are verified by an example.
