摘要
本文针对造纸过程定量控制系统纯时延较大、干扰较多且存在不可测输入的特点,提出了一种新的两级控制方法.该方法利用未知输入观测器实现状态估计,确定定量与负压的关系,进而借助负压真空度的测量,达到提高定量控制性能的目的.仿真和实践均证实了该方法的有效性。
n view of the characteristics of long time-delay, much 'disturbance and unmeasurable inputs existing in basis-weight control system of papermaking process, a new two-level control method is proposed. This method use the unknown input observer to realize the state estimate and to determine the relation of basis-weight and negative pressure, and then with the help of measuring the negative Pressure, it can attain the goal of improving the performance of basis-weight control. The Simulation and experimental results show itS usefulness.
