摘要
研究了磺基水杨酸铁同植酸的转络反应所引起溶液颜色的变化,并把该转络反应用于植酸含量的比色测定。溶液酸度为pH2.5~3时,平衡混合物最大吸收波长为500nm,植酸浓度为0.1515×10-3-0.1515×10-5mol/L(即0.1‰—0.001‰)区间内的光吸收符合朗伯比尔定律,该法回收率为100.67%。
The color change of the solution in the changing-complex reaction between Fe3+-sulfosalicylic and phytic acid is studied in the present article, and the changing-conplex reaction is used to the colorimetric determination of content of phytic acid. The maximum absorption of equilibrium mixture at pH 2.3-3 is at 500um. lambert-Beer law is sobeyed in the range of 1-100ug/ml phytic acid, y=0.725=0.558×104MPA(MPA:mole concentration of phytic acid), r=-0.9995 p<0.001. The average recovery of phytic acid is 100.67% with standard deviation 1.32 and coefficient of varintion 1.31%.
