摘要
混合所有制经济是当前经济发展的基本要求及趋势。其形成和发展的关键在于建立现代产权制度,实现产权顺畅流动。通过辨析相关概念,明确产权是所有制的基础和核心。通过分析产权交易的内容和产权交易市场的内涵,论述了产权交易市场的作用,指出它是促进混合所有制经济发展的必需途径。
To conduct mixed ownership is a tendency and elementary requirement in current economy. To be set up and advanced, it relies on modem property right system and their smooth exchange. By distinguishing relevant concepts, we confirm that property right is the basis and Core of ownership system. By analyzing the contents of property rights exchange and of exchange market, we conclude that property right exchange market is the necessary path to push forward the mixed ownership economy.
