Since 2001, positive improvement has occurred in the trianglerelationship between China, Russia and India. The foreignministers of the three nations met in Russia recently, symbolizingthe launching of substantive triangular cooperation.
Since September 2001 when scholars from China, Russia and India held the first dual track dialogue, new changes have taken place in the trilateral relations among me mree countries. June 2, 2005, the foreign ministers of the three countries held an “informal meeting” in Vladivostok, signifying that the trilateral relations have been lifted to the official level, attracting worldwide attention.
