摘要
本文在研究交交变频器触发逻辑关系的基础上,设计出大规模集成电路HEF4752V为主要元件的CMOS数字触发控制系统。该系统能够用于0.7~17Hz频率范围,而且可以方便地实现模拟或数字闭环控制系统。
Based on researching trigger logic relation of the AC-AC converter, author designed CMOS digital trigger control system take LSI HEF4752V as main elemeat. The system may work in the frequency range of 0.7~17Hz and can realize the simulation or digital close control system easily.
