摘要
目的：通过统计分析一组脑干肿瘤的ＲＭＩ表现，以便对脑干肿瘤的ＭＲＩ诊断和鉴别诊断有明确的认识。材料与方法：选取经手术、病理证实为脑干肿瘤的２４例患者的ＭＲＩ片，经４位影像科医生阅片，对其ＭＲＩ表现进行综合分析。结果：脑干肿瘤好发于桥脑，最常见的是星形胶质细胞瘤。根据其ＭＲＩ及临床表现，术前可对大部分（３８．３％）病侧作出正确的定性诊断。结论：对于脑干肿瘤的影像学诊断，ＭＲＩ最具有优越性。同时ＭＲＩ对脑干肿瘤的手术入路及手术范围可提供重要的依据。
Objective For well recognizing the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of brainstem tumors by analysing appearances on MRI.Material and Methods:The MRI appearances of brainstem tumor in 24 cases,confirmed surgico-pathologically,were analysed by 4 imaging doctors. Results:Brainstem tumors often found at pons。 Most of them was astrocytoma.The accunacy rate of qualitative diagnosis of pre-operation was 83.3%according to appearances of MRI and clinic data,Conclusion:MRI was the best imaging diagnosis of brainstem tumors and could provide important basis for appoach and extent of operation.
