摘要
目的观察心舒丸治疗冠心病左室舒张功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将患者120例随机分为两组,治疗组予本院制剂心舒丸,对照组予维拉帕米,均治疗4周。结果治疗组临床疗效及血液流变学指标改善方面均优于对照组。结论心舒丸能提高冠心病患者的心功能,并能改善血液流变性。
Objectives:To study the clinical effect of Xinshu Pill for left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (LVDD) of patients with corronary atherosclerotic heart(CHD).Methods:120 patients were randomly divided ioto two groups.Those in the treatment group was treated with Xinshu Pill,those in the camparing group was treated with verapamil.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Results:The effect of the treatment group is better than of the camparing group in clinical effect and hemorrheology.Conclusion:Xinshu Pill conld improve cardiac function of CHD and hemorrheology.
