摘要
介绍了无刷直流电机的工作原理及其控制方法,讨论了传统反电势法无位置传感器存在的弊端,提出了一种改进的无位置传感器。与传统无位置传感器相比,改进后的无位置传感器具有换相角计算简单,无需滤波电路,可全范围运行等优点。制作了改进后无位置传感器和传统无位置传感器两台样机,通过实验证明了改进后的无位置传感器的优越性。
The principle and control method of a back EMF position detection technique for BLDC motor is introduced. Defectives in traditional back EMF sensorless are discussed in detail. A novel method of sensorless BLDC motor is proposed. Compared with traditional sensorless BLDC motor, there is no filtering circuit in the new method and good performance is achieved over a wide speed range. Advantages of the improved method are verified by experimental results.
