摘要 阐述了数据挖掘技术在客户关系管理中的应用,说明了关联规则分析是数据挖掘技术中一项非常重要的功能,利用Apriori算法对客户挖掘信息数据库进行关联关系分析,通过分析进一步明确数据挖掘在CRM系统中的重要性。 This paper focuses on the application of DM in CRM. Association rule analysis is an important function in data mining techniques. Using the Apriori algorithm, it mines the association rules of CRM system. Through the specific analysis of association rule, the important role of DM in the CRM system is explained.
