摘要
呋喃树脂砂在大型铸铁件上的应用过程中,经常产生金属渗透性粘砂缺陷,影响铸件表面质量,严重时能导致铸件报废。本文分析了渗透性粘砂的形成机理,并紧密结合生产实践,提供出了防止产生这种缺陷的有效措施。
The metal penetrated sand adhering defect often companies in the application of furan resin sand on large size iron casting. The surface quality of castings is affected by this defect and even result in casting rejection. In this paper the mechanism of penetrated sand adhering have been analyzed and effective methods were also porposed in order to keep castings from it.
