摘要
随着建筑技术的不断进步,瓷砖粘贴对砂浆提出了更高的要求,采用聚合物和纤维对传统普通砂浆进行合理改性,可以配制出韧性、塑性较好及粘结强度优良的纤维聚合物砂浆.主要分析了纤维长度对掺入VAE乳胶粉的砂浆性能(韧性、塑性、粘结强度、抗压强度和抗折强度)的影响,从而使解决目前所面临的瓷砖脱落、松动等问题成为可能.
With the advancement of construction technique, binding ceramic tile makes higher demand on mortar. Adopting polymer and fiber to modify traditional mortar properly can develop fiber-polymer mortar whose toughness, plasticity and binding strength are excellent. In this article,authors analysis the performance (toughness, plasticity, binding strength,compressive strength and folding strength) of the mortar mixing into latex powder,The research makes the settlement of falling and instability for ceramic tile possible.
