摘要
本文介绍了665汽缸套铸件缩孔缺陷的排除过程,几种不同工艺方案的对比试验表明:采用均衡凝固工艺,冒口离开热节,防止了缩孔缺陷的产生。
The elimination of casting defects on the 665 type cylinder sleeve has been reported. Comparison study between different casting process plans show that the shrinkage defect was eliminated by applying the proportional solidification design principle to place the riser away from the hot-spot.
