青花菜营养吸收特性及专用肥配方筛选研究 被引量:8

摘要 田间试验表明,青花菜早熟品种“优秀”在常规施肥条件下,全生育期地上部分N,P2O5,K2O,Ca,Mg的总吸收量分别为35.0,9.21,32.5,14.2,2.1 kg/667m2,养分吸收比例(重量比)为1∶0.26∶0.93∶0.41∶0.06。其养分吸收的特点是以氮为主,钾和钙的需求量较高,植株生育后期含硼量达到30 mg/kg,属于硼敏感作物。研究表明,有机无机复混专用肥配方以N-P2O5-K2O为9-5-6时增产效果最佳,比常规施肥增产164.4 kg/667m2,增产率为9.9%。主要表现在花球单个鲜重明显提高,花球紧密,采收季节提前,商品性状改善。 In the field condition, total rates of N, P2O5, K2O, Ca, and Mg absorbed by ‘youxiu', an early maturity variety of broccoli, during whole growth stage were 35.0, 9.21, 32.5, 14.2, and 2.1 kg/667m^2,respectively, and was in the ratio of 1:0.26:0.93:0.41:0.06. Nutrient requirement for N, K, and Ca was in high quantity. Boron in the plants at later growth stage reached as high as 30 mg/kg, which indicating the plants was sensitive to B. The highest yield was obtained from specialized compound fertilizer with N-P2O5-K2O of 9 - 5 - 6. Application of specialized compound fertilizer increased the ball yield by 9.9 % ( 164.4 kg/667m^2) compared with normal fertilization. Application of specialized compound fertilizer shifted harvesting the balls to an earlier date and improved quality of asparagus broccoli by increasing the weight and tightness of flower balls.
