摘要
结合优质锆英粉涂料的研制,研究了用振动磨粉磨的锆英粉特点及其效果.结果表明,振动磨粉磨锆英粉类硬质耐火材料具有效率高,超细粉多和粒形较圆等特点,从而可使涂料具有含固量高,渗透性强和流变性好等优点.
To Join with the development of the excellent zircon coating,characteristics of zireon power processed by the vibration mill and the it's effect have been studied. The experimental results show that the grinding feature of zircon sand by vibration mill is the high productivity,a great amount of superfines obtained and the rounder particles produced. As a
result the higher solid content, excellent penetrability and good rheolo-
gical properties of mold coating can be arailable.
