摘要
应用化学分析、金相和电子探针显微分析技术对反应器中冷却水管的失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,冷却水管发生早期失效是由于构件发生应力腐蚀开裂所致。基于材料使用环境考虑,在选材和结构设计两个方面采取了改进措施,延长了冷却水管的使用寿命。
Reasons of failure in cooling pipe of the reactor have been studied by the chemical composition analysis, optical microscopy examination and electron probe microanalysis. The results show that the early failure of the cooling pipe was caused by the stress corrosion cracking in the components. According to the working condition, the improvement measures had been adopted in material selection and construction design, the service life of the cooling pipe has been prolonged.
