摘要 乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis virus B,HBV)感染宿主引起不同类型的慢性肝炎,在一定条件下均有可能重症化而转变为重型乙型肝炎。本文从病毒基因突变、病毒基因型差异、宿主纤维介素激活、宿主基因异常表达、肿瘤坏死因子的等位基因多态性、细胞凋亡等方面对慢性乙型肝炎重症化发病机制的近期研究进展作一综述。
