随着现代科学技术的快速发展,负荷预测技术的研究也在不断深化,但电力系统负荷预测的基本要求及基本原则却是不能忽视的重要方面,对电力系统负荷预测的基本要求及基本原则进行了详细论述。
With quick development of modem science and technology, the research on load forecast technology has been deeper and deeper, but the basic requirement and principle of load forecast in power system is an important factor and should not be neglected. The basic requirement and principle of load forecast in power sys- tem was discussed in details in the paper.
