摘要
对电站锅炉汽包壁温度变化引起的热应力进行阐述,详细分析了汽包上下壁、内外壁温差产生的原因和温差引起热应力的产生过程,给出了汽包热应力的计算公式,提出了控制汽包壁温差的措施,以保证汽包安全运行。
The thermal stress caused by the temperature change of power station boiler drum wall was discussed, the reasons produced difference of temperature of upward ＆ downward wall and internal ＆ external wall in drum and the process producing thermal stress were analyzed in details, the formula to calculate ther- mal stress was given, the measure to control the difference of temperature of drum wall was also presented in order to ensure the drum to run safely.
