介绍了冲天炉等重除湿送风控制技术.在大量试验数据的基础上,明确了冲天炉最佳送风湿度范围,论述了水蒸气在冲天炉中的行为和作用机制,提出了水蒸气在焦炭燃烧中具有双重作用的新见解,并为生产应用提供了系统的工艺参数.
This paper presents the control technique of epual weight and removingdamp for cupola blast. On the basis of a wealth of data it has been foundthat the optimum humidity range of capola blast are 5~7g/Nm3.The behaviorand mechannism of moisture in cupola melting are discussed. The newviewpoint of the dual action of moisture during the coke combustion isalso given. The systematically technological parameters are provided for production application.
