摘要 对四种材质的铸铁件进行了渗氮防止腐蚀的应用研究.根据渗氮层的组织、电极电位、盐雾加速腐蚀试验等综合耐腐蚀指标,确定了合适的工艺.试验证实了加入少量铝的良好作用.处理后的铸件在潮湿环境中放置近一年半的时间里,未见腐蚀. Four kinds of cast iron material have been treated by corrosion-resistance nitriding.A proper citriding process for cast iron has been found out according to microstructure of nitrided case, electrode potential and salt spray test etc. It has been verified that adding a little Al into cast iron would have a good effect. The real parts have no any rust in wet enviro-ment for about two years.The parts installed onto equipment have no any rust for ten months, fufilling the target of using iron instead of copper. The economic benefit is remarkable.
