摘要
铸型物性值已成为铸造工艺计算机铺助设计急待解决的问题.作者通过浇注试验法,提出了一种铸型表观物性值的方法.为使测得的结果更适用于铸件凝固温度场计算机模拟,还利用铸件温度模拟软件,用插值计算法对测得的铸型物性值进行校正,使修正后的铸型物性值更趋于准确.
Measurement of thermal properties of sand molds has become the obstacle of developing casting CAD.In this paper,a method of measuring apparent thermal properties of sand molds was provided by pouring method. In order to make the obtained thermal properties more suitable for the purpose of numerical simulation of casting solidification, solidification simulation software was used for the calibration of the thermal properties by sample interpolation method.Finally,the paper showed that the numerical results by using the thermal properties obtained in this method can coincide well with the experimental results.
