摘要
本文给出了广义偏距曲线的定义，通过研究其微分性质和积分性质，解决了军舰巡航范围等实际问题，并推广了J·steiner关于卵形线的外等距线所围面积的一个著名定理。
This paper gives a definition for offset curves in a broad sense, and makes a study of their differentiial and the interior propcrties.Therefore,it solves the problem of the scope that a naval vessel can cruise.In addition,this paper develops J.sleiner's celebrated theorem of the oval.
