摘要
介绍了高碳铬中合金钢衬板的试验研究情况.衬板采用正交设计确定最佳热处理工艺.试验结果表明,高碳中铬合金钢衬板的硬度为HRC46~52,冲击韧性ak为15~25J/cm^2,耐磨性是高锰钢的3~5倍.它具有与高铬铸铁相近的耐磨性,而韧性是高铬铸铁的2倍,稀有金属消耗仅为其一半.
In this paper,test and research on mill liners of high-carbon mpdium-chrotnium alloy steel are presented and the optimum heat treatment processes were determined by-using orthogonal design experiment. The experiment results show that the hardness of high-carbon medium-chromium steel liners is HRC46~52,impact toughness a approx.
l5~25J/cm2 and its relative abrasion resistance is 3~5 times higher than that of high-mangEnesesteel.lt is similar to the high-chromium cast iron in abrasion resistance property,bu the toughness is 2 times bigger than high-chromium cast iron and consumption of rare-metal only half.
