摘要
采用膜技术处理牛仔布印染过程中的生产废水,经处理后的水浊度和色度去除率达95%以上,用浓度为500 mg/L的次氯酸钠清洗污染膜,通量恢复率达到90%以上,用气水抖动方式也可恢复到较高水平。从而确认膜法处理后的水可回用于生产。
The producing wastewater in jean dyeing processing is treated by different membrane and the removal rate of turbidity and chroma reaches to more than 95%. The recovery of membrane flux can reach to 90% after washing by 500 mg/L solution of sodium hypochlorite. The effect of washing by dithering of gas and water is good too. The permeating water of membranes can be reused to the process.
