摘要
通过对铸型质量、加砂工艺、造型过程粉化作用以及型砂所受紧实力等情况的研究,认为:气流冲击造型工艺适用于水玻璃石灰石砂造型,所获铸型的紧实度高且均匀、轮廓清晰,可望得到更高的铸件精度和铸件质量.
In this paper the feasibility of sodium-silicate lime sand moulding with air impoct p-rocess from the mould quality,mold-filling technology,efflorescent action during the moulding and ramming forces applied to the moulding sard wore studied.The experimental results showed that the technology of air impact moulding, is suitable for sodium-silicate lime sand moulding ,the degree of ramming of the mould is high and homogeneous, its contour is clear, the castings of higher quality and accuracy are expected to be achieved.
