摘要
“引商进店”是商场的新式经营策略,它通过把柜台出租给品牌零售商,从中收取租金获利。该模式目前被绝大多数的商场所采用,其本质就是零售租赁。本文在假设零售商支付给商场固定租金加分成租金的基础上,探讨了两种博弈类型下系统的均衡结果。
“Attract retailers into store” is a new management mode used by stores, which gets profits by leasing counts to retailers. It is employed by most department stores now. In fact, it is just lease in nature. Based on the assumption that the retailer is asked to pay fixed rent and certain percentage of his total sales, this paper analyses the system' s equilibrium results with two kinds of game assumptions. Our results show that system profit maximization and “win-win” can be realized by cooperation.
