摘要
通过薄层色谱、气相色谱、色质联用等技术,首次得到了油脂环氧化反应期间的脂肪酸环氧化反应规律:开始反应阶段,高含量不饱和脂肪酸反应速率高于低含量不饱和脂肪酸;环氧化反应期间,多不饱和脂肪酸首先生成单环氧酸,之后再逐渐生成二环氧酸,最后生成三环氧酸;富含亚麻酸的油脂环氧化反应时有更易于开环反应的趋向,其次是富含亚油酸的油脂,再次是富含油酸的油脂.实验结果表明,不同环氧油原料在进行环氧化反应时需要控制不同的反应条件,以避免开环副产物量的增加,从而制备得优质环氧油产品.
With the help of the anlysis technologies, such as thin layer chromatography (TLC) , gas-liquid chromatog-raphy (GLC) and GLC linked with mass spectrography (MS), it was first observed that the epoxidation law of oils was as follows; at the initial stage the epoxidation rate of oils having high content of unsaturated fatty acits was higher than that having low content of unsaturated fatty acid; during the epoxidation the polyunsaturated fatty acits were firstly convernted to monoepoxidized fatty acids, then to diepoxides, and finally to triepoxides; when epoxidation took place, the oil rich in linolenic acid was the most active to tend towards ring-opening reaction, and oil rich in linoleic acid was more active to tend towards ring-opening reaction than thatrich in oleic acid to do. The results of test showed in order to prepare epoxidized oil of top-quality, the reaction condition for the epoxidation of different epoxidized oils should be controlled to avoid the increase of the by-product of the ring-opening reaction
