摘要
目的:建立石韦药材中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,使用C18柱,以乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(11∶89)为流动相;检测波长为326nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果:绿原酸在0.126~0.632μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.37%(RSD=1.27%)。结论:本法简便,快速,灵敏,准确,重现性好,可用于石韦药材的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Chlorogenic Acid in crude Folium pyrrosiae. Method: Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used. The mobile phase consisted of MeCN-0.5% H3PO4(11 : 89). The detection wavelength was at 326nm. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min. Result: The calibration curve of Chlorogenic Acid was in good linearity over the range of 0. 126-0. 632μg(r = 0. 9998). The mean recovery was 99.37% (RSD=1. 27%). Conclusion: The method is simple ,quick,sensitive ,accurate ,reproducible and can be used to control the quality of crude Folium pyrrosiae.
