摘要
辐射交联热缩产品质量的好坏关键是辐照质量好坏,我们通常用测定试样凝胶含量的方法来判定辐照质量。本文在常规测试基础上介绍一种适合辐射交联聚乙烯热缩细管的凝胶含量的快速测定方法,叙述了剂量对材料的凝胶含量和纵向收缩率的影响。
Irradiation quality is the key factor affecting the quality of radiation crosslinked heat shrinkable products, it is decidedby determining the gel content of sample generally. In this paper, a convinient and rapid determination method for gel content of radiation crosslinked heat shrinkable fine pipe was described, and the influence of radiation dose on gel content and longitudinal reversion was also included.
