摘要
从文化角度剖析了福建民营企业的文化底蕴,探讨全球化观念、东西方文化差异对福建民营企业文化底蕴的交叠影响,推动福建民营企业进行文化整合,实施文化管理,以先进文化力促进企业发展。
In this paper,from the angle of culture, the author analyzes the cultural essence of the private enterprises in P ujlan Province. Meanwhile, the author＇s focuses on the ideas of globalization and their impact imposed on Fujian private enterprises which is resulted from the cultural difference between the oriental and the west, so as to help the private enterprises to promote their culture integration and improve their cultural management, and eventually promote the development of these enterprises.
