摘要
本文介绍了为异步电动机 PWM 变频调速系统而研制的 GTR 基极驱动电路。介绍了 GTR 的主要开关特性,讨论了功率晶体管对基极驱动电路的理想化要求,提出了具有自动保护和自动调节功能的改进型基极驱动电路,分析了新型驱动电路的工作原理。
In this paper GTR Base-drive circuits on PWM variable frequency and variable speed systems for induction motor drive are studied.The main switching performance and theoretic require ments of Base-drive circuit are discussed.A modified Base-drive circuit with automatic protection and regulation and its operating theory are presented.
