藁本提取物杀虫活性初步研究 被引量:7

Preliminary Study of Pesticidal Bio-activities of Ligusticum sinense Extracts

摘要 分别采用点滴法、三角瓶熏蒸法和小叶碟添加法测定了藁本(L igusticum sinense O liv.)提取物对粘虫(My th im na sep ara ta W a lker)和小菜蛾(P lutella xy lostella L.)幼虫的触杀、熏蒸和拒食活性,同时也测定了对黄粉虫(T enebrio m olitor L.)蛹的生长发育有抑制作用,并对其致毒症状、作用方式进行了初步探讨。结果表明,不同溶剂提取物中,丙酮冷浸提取物对粘虫毒杀活性较高;其丙酮提取物对粘虫和小菜蛾3龄幼虫均具有较高触杀及熏蒸活性,24 h触杀LD50分别为0.062 3 m g干样/头和0.150 2 m g干样/头;12 h熏蒸LC50分别为24.342 2 m g干样/L和10.601 5 m g干样/L;对黄粉虫(T enebrio m olitor L.)蛹的生长发育有抑制作用,ID50为6.515 7 m g干样/头;粘虫中毒后先后表现出兴奋、痉挛、麻痹等症状,最后死亡;对黄粉虫蛹生长发育的抑制作用类似于保幼激素活性。 Drop method, conical flask fumigation and leaf disc method were adopted to study the contactpoisoning, fumigating and food-refusing bioactivities of Ligusticum sinense Oily. Extracts to Mythimna separata Walker and Plutella xylostella L. as well as preliminarily explore their inhibiting effects and toxic symptoms and action modes to the growth and development of Tenebrio molitor L.pupae. The results indicated that of the extracts obtained by different extracting solvents, the extract extracted by cold acetone showed a higher poisoning bioactivity; the extract extracted by acetone showed higher contact-poisoning and fumigating bioactivities to three-instar Mythimna separata Walker and Plutella xylostella L. pupae with its LD50 standing at 0. 062 3 mg dry plant sample per per papa and 0. 150 2 mg dry plant sample per papa in 24 hours, and its LC50 standing at 24. 342 2 mg dry plant sample per papa and 10. 601 5 mg dry plant sample per papa in 12 hours , respectively ; it had inhibiting effects to the growth and development of Tenebrio molitor L. pupae with its ID50 standing at 6. 515 7 mg dry plant sample per papa; after having been poisoned, Mythimna separata Walker showed such symptoms as excitement, convulsion and paralysis early or late and finally died; its inhibiting effects to the growth and development of were similar to those of juvenile hormones.
