摘要
本文对在联合负荷作用下带双挡边的圆柱滚子轴承的负荷分布和实用性能进行了理论分析;指出接触母线为对数曲线的圆柱滚子轴承的负荷分布最为理想;其使用特征应严格控制轴承的负荷值、F_A与F_r的比值以及润滑油的粘度比值;结合实际进行了失效分析。附图7幅,附表2个,参考文献5篇。
A theoretical analysis on load distribution and practical property of cylindrical roller bearing with double rib is made. The result shows: the most ideal load distribution of cylindrical roller bearing is the contact generatrix of logarithm curve.In application, the bearing load,F_A/F_r and the ratio of lubricant viscosity should be controlled strictly. The failure analysis, combined with practice is also finished .
