摘要 玻璃离子水门汀作为一种新型的齿科修复材料,因其具有与牙体粘接性强,对牙体刺激性小,可有效防龋等诸多优点,目前被广泛应用于口腔临床中的充填、粘结、洞基衬,牙本质过敏的治疗及暂封等。本文在简述玻璃离子水门汀发展历史的基础上,综述近年来改性玻璃离子水门汀的研究进展及发展前景。 Glass ionomer Cement (GIC) is a kind of new dental restorative material. At present, GIC is finding wider use in dental clinical practice such as restoration, adhesion, cavity liner, cure of dental sensitivity and temporary restoration of cavity, because it has several excellent advantages of strong adhesive strength, low stimulation, inhibition of carious teeth. In this paper, the history of glass ionomer cement is introduced and the researching development and perspective of modified glass ionomer cement is elaborated.
