摘要
分析角接触型汽车离合器分离轴承在承受中心纯轴向负荷情况下因赫兹弹性变形的影响,所引起的轴承工作接触角与轴向负荷之间的变化关系,并采用牛顿法计算轴承在安全接触角范围内的极限轴向负荷。通过对新开发的996000型三种汽车离台器分离轴承的具体计算,评价了该类轴承轴向承载能力的特性。附图3幅,表8个,参考文献4篇。
The influence of hertz elastic deformation for angular contact type automobile clutch release bearing under the central pure axial load condition, and the changed relation between working contact angle of the bearing and axial load are analysed, the limit axial load acted on the bearing in safe contact angle scope is also calculated with Newton's method in this paper. Through calculating for three kinds of 996000 type clutch release bearings of automobiles developed recently, the axial load capacity of these bearings are evaluated.
