摘要
本文分析了锻压生产中七种典型工艺的冲击负荷的时域和频域特性及其对锻压机械动态性能的影响。总结作者的调研、试验和现有文献上的数据,揭示了国内锻压机械理论和实践方面的问题,指出必须加强锻压机械的基础理论研究,以便从根本上提高我国锻压机械的设计和制造水平。
In this paper authors analyze the time-field and frequency-field characters of the shock load ofseven typical technologies in the forging-stamping production, and their effect on the dynamic performance of the forging-stamping machinery, It summarises the data of authors' investigation and experiment and in the present literature, brings to light the problems in the theory and practice of the domestic forging-stamping machinery, and poins out it is necessary to strengthen the basic theory research on the forging-stamping machinery, so that we can increase the design and manufacture level of the forging-stamping machinery of our country fundamentally.
