一种改进的测井时间序列的最大Lyapunov指数求取方法

摘要 测井时间序列的解释和测井相识别是油田开发工作中的首要难题,极大地影响后续工作的成效.应用混沌理论,以相空间重构为基础,研究了油层组的混沌吸引子的特点.在此基础上,给出了一种改进的测井时间序列的最大Lyapunov指数求取方法.改进后的算法缩小了最近邻点的搜索范围,提高了运算效率.实验结果表明,不同的油层组具有不同的最大Lyapunov指数,所有油层组的最大Lyapunov指数均大于0. Understanding well logs and recognizing log facies are the primary challenges to oilfield development and usually influence later efforts. Using chaos theory, an analysis was performed on the characteristics of the attractors reconstructed by the well logs of oil-layer groups based on phase space reconstruction technique. An improved method for calculating the largest Lyapunov exponent for well logs is given. In the improved algorithm, the search field for the nearest neighbor is reduced, resulting in increased efficiency. Experiment results show that different oil-layer groups have a different maximum Lyapunov exponent, all greater than zero.
